Services are provided "as is" without warranties of specific outcomes or guaranteed results. Individual results may vary based on personal circumstances and market conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.
Under no circumstances shall our total liability exceed RM 10,000 per client.
Client Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Zeloraphiqen against any claims or damages arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.
Dispute Resolution Procedures
We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently.
Arbitration Process
Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct discussion will be handled through binding arbitration under Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005.
Arbitration Rules: Disputes will be resolved under the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) rules
International Dispute Resolution
For international clients, we participate in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Service Termination
We may terminate your access to services under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of subscription fees beyond 30 days
- Material violation of these terms and conditions
- Fraudulent or illegal use of our services
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice to clients.
Significant changes will be communicated via email and website notices at least 30 days in advance.
Severability of Terms
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Complete Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and Zeloraphiqen.
